Although there is a tendency to put vitamin A on this list, which is totally prohibited during the beginning of pregnancy, it can be administered towards the end of pregnancy. It can be administered very well in the third trimester of pregnancy, when there is no question of malformations. Vitamin A is very good for the development of the skin, bones, brain and immune system.
