Freeze herbs to make them last even longer

If you want to keep the herbs even longer, cut them and put them in the freezer. That way you will have them available all year round (although their aroma will not be the same).

To freeze, wash them, dry them well, chop them and divide them into bags on which you write the type of herb and the date you freeze them.

Another way is to make ice cubes. Mix the chopped herbs with a little oil or water and divide them into the ice trays or ice bags. Herb ice cubes will last for many months.
